Apple Crisp

  • 2 lb. ripe apples (sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar Twin® Granulated White
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Twin® Granulated Brown
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cups butter (cut into chunks)
  • 1/2 cups rolled oats


Preheat oven to 400 F. In a bowl, toss apples with white granulated sweetner & lemon juice; spread evenly in 2 qt. casserole. In a bowl, mix flour with Sugar Twin brown and white & cinnamon. Add butter; with fingers, pinch butter with mixture until crumbly. Add oats. Mix; crumble over apples. Bake 30 min. or until topping browns & fruit bubbles around edges.
