A lemonade with blueberry flavoring
fresh lemon juice
mint leaves for garnish
1. Combine lemon juice and 1/4 cup (60mL) SugarTwin® Liquid in a large pitcher.
2. Add water and stir.
3. Puree fresh blueberries in a blender with 3 Tbsp. (45mL) water and 2 Tbsp. (30mL) SugarTwin® Liquid.
4. Put puree through sieve.
5. Add blueberry puree to lemonade mixture and mix well.
6. Serve over ice, garnished with mint leaves.
