Caffe Mocha Extraordinaire

A delicious cup of café mocha

  • tbsp two SugarTwin® Liquid
  • cup third unsweetened cocoa
  • cup quarter instant coffee
  • tsp half cinnamon
  • cup half water
  • 1 whipped cream (optional)
  • chocolate curls (optional)


1. To prepare Caffe Mocha Syrup, mix together SugarTwin® Liquid, unsweetened cocoa powder, instant coffee and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. 2. Whisk in water and bring to a boil over moderate heat. Boil 1 minute, stirring frequently. 3. Spoon 1 Tbsp. (15mL) of Caffe Mocha syrup into a large coffee cup, and add 3/4 cup (180mL) boiling water. Stir to mix. 4. Top with a dollop of whipping cream, and garnish with chocolate curls (optional). 5. Store unused syrup in refrigerator.
