Cheddar Cheese Muffins

Delicious muffins with cheddar cheese

  • 20 chicken fingers
  • cup half SugarTwin® Granulated White
  • cup half white vinegar
  • cup half water
  • tbsp 2 red bell pepper (minced)
  • tbsp 2 onion (minced)
  • tsp one hot pepper sauce
  • tsp 2 corn starch
  • tbsp 1 cold water
  • salt (for taste)


1. Prepare chicken fingers according to instructions on package. 2. Mix SugarTwin®, white vinegar, water, red bell pepper, onion, salt, and hot pepper sauce in medium saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. 3. Strain. Set aside. 4. Add cornstarch to cold water in another bowl. 5. Add cornstarch mixture to strained mixture, and cook until thick. 6. Serve over chicken fingers. (Sauce may be served hot or at room temperature). 7. Nutritional information pertains to sauce only.
