Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie

  • 1 9' deep dish pie crust
  • brick 1 cream cheese
  • cup quarter SugarTwin® Granulated White
  • tsp 1 vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • can 1 pumpin pie filling
  • cup third half-and-half


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. Beat the cream cheese with a mixer. Add SugarTwin® and beat thoroughly. 3. Add one egg and continue beating until all ingredients are incorporated. Add vanilla extract. 4. Spread cream cheese mixture over unbaked pie shell. 5. Combine pumpkin pie filling with half-and-half and second egg. Mix thoroughly. 6. Gently spread pumpkin pie filling mixture over cream cheese. 7. Bake until firm, about 50 to 60 minutes. 8. Serve warm with whipped cream.
